City of Vantaa is developing a sustainable masterplan for Martinlaakso towncentre. We have three themes: ecological, social and economic sustainability. We are mapping each topic and doing research into the subgategories.
Possible areas of study are: Urban Density and Complementary Construction, Future of Single Residential Dwelling in the City or Sustainable Landuse Policies and the Land and Building Act.
The aim is to create a holistic approach to planning, design and the development of city centres. If you would like to study these themes furter or do supporting research, we would be delight the have you on our team. |
